The name of the Association shall be the Lady Irwin School Alumni Association (LISA for short - hereinafter referred to as LISA or the Association).

The office of the Association will be located at Lady Irwin School, Shrimant Madhav Rao Scindia Marg, New Delhi -110001. (Hereinafter referred to as the School)

ncome and Property of the Association

All the incomes, earnings, movable and immovable properties of the Society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever, to the present or past members of the Association or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the Society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the Society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of his membership.
